Job description
This is a commercial real estate coaching company built specifically for experienced residential investors — people who already own 5 or more rental properties and are ready to stop grinding the small-rental hamster wheel and make the leap into their first serious commercial deal. You’ll be responsible for contacting inbound leads (primarily from Facebook) within 5 minutes of opt-in, qualifying them, and booking discovery calls for the closer. This is not a generic appointment-setting role — you’re speaking with experienced residential investors about making one of the biggest financial leaps of their lives, a coaching program with a guaranteed outcome. The conversation requires genuine fluency in real estate investing concepts and the ability to meet prospects close to their level. Pay is $81k+/yr
